SAP Business One, an e-commerce solution, has been chosen by the biggest on-line florist. Innovative implementation will be conducted by SUPREMIS – the first SAP Partner in Poland.

The mission of Poczta Kwiatowa is “delivering feelings in a blooming state”. In recognition of its progressive actions Poczta Kwiatowa Sp. z o.o. has been awarded numerous certificates such as "Solidna Firma" and distinctions such as “Teraz Internet” for the best internet services.

However, the company cannot rest on its own laurels and as the Polish branch of an international Interflora network it is constantly developing the partner network in Poland, whit has almost 100- members. The network’s dynamic development motivates the company to improve cooperation with the network and increase Customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, having carried out over six-month analyses Poczta Kwiatowa decided to implement SAP internet store together with ERP class system – SAP Business One. 

Full complexity

The activity of Poczta Kwaitowa is currently supported by a few IT solutions. Eventually, they will be replaced with SAP Business One, the task of which is to handle the area of sale and purchases, logistics together with warehouse management and accounting. In consequence, the data will be entered only once, and precise current information will provide unlimited access to the company’s situation. Internet trade, being the core of the business, will handle the e-commerce solution dedicated to SAP Business One and closely integrated with ERP system. Bilateral data synchronization will allow to present produvts on the website and fill orders made by Internet users.

Not one, but a dozen of Internet stores

The advantage of e-commerce SAP Business One is its flexibility. This solution may function as an Internet store (B2C) or an on-line purchases platform for regular business partners. Additionally, a single solution allows to build any number of Internet stores. In consequence, Poczta Kwiatowa Sp. z o.o. with little effort may build a few stores, which will collect information about the products and direct orders to one system - SAP Business One. First websites will be built together with the implementing company SUPREMIS, the remaining ones will be built individually.

Owing to e-commerce for SAP Business One it is possible to present the trade offer, implement cross-selling, up-selling and personalization.
