Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate consultancy firm, has implemented SAP integrated logging system in all its managed facilities in Poland. C&W's Asset Management Department was responsible for launching the system as part of its Risk Management programme. End-to-end property management solution based on SAP system has been delivered by SUPREMIS Sp. z o.o., the first SAP Gold Partner in Poland. The system is designed to log all incidents and third party interfaces on a specially dedicated "incident management database". It also provides advanced infrastructure for the transfer of crucial information and updates during emergency situations, offering archiving, statistical and analytical tools, risk profile creation, scheduling, controlling and monitoring of maintenance and repair services. Adoption of new solutions based on SAP system enables to significantly reduce risk associated with property administration, which brings notable benefits for the property owner. C&W's Asset Management Department currently manages an office portfolio of over 500,000 sq.m representing over 15% of Warsaw office stock. Source: www.cwassetmanagement.pl/en
