A company of Centrum Banku Śląskiego belonging to ING group concluded a contract for the implementation of SAP Business One integrated real estate management system together with HelpDesk platform. The comprehensive Property Management solution will support the company in all key business processes.

The company was founded in 1998 when Centrum Banku Śląskiego Sp. z o.o. was formed to realize investment named “Centrum Banku Śląskiego” located in Katowice at the Sokolskiej and Chorzowskiej streets intersection.

Today, in consequence of this investment, an office-service building complex exists. The complex consists of two buildings: one known as “Centrala Banku Śląskiego” at Sokolskiej 34 and an office building “Chorzowska 50”. Centrum Banku Śląskiego as a subsidiary company of ING Bank is responsible for managing real estate of ING Group.

Within the scope of the contract, in the first stage SUPREMIS Sp. z o.o. will provide the HelpDesk platform, which will be used to register maintenance requests by Lessees and building supervisors, Property Managers. HelpDesk platform functioning is based on SAP Business One WebCRM module and allows to individually manage its looks, automatically confirm events by e-mail and duly manage the maintenance requests. The whole application is available by means of a web browser. Therefore, it is possible to file maintenance request, follow the realization stage and monitor cost from every place in the world with an Internet access. HelpDesk platform will be implemented with SAP Business One warehouse management module. After the first stage of implementation, the ING capital group subsidiary will be able to render services to Lessees and evaluate profitability of its actions in real time.

In another stage, it is planned to implement other areas of the sector specific solution for real estate management by SUPREMIS, allowing to e.g. record rent contracts, manage rent level and provide serial invoicing.

Property Management solution functioning is based on SAP Business One. In order to achieve full functionality, finance-accounting SAP module will be implemented.

In consequence, the company of Centrum Banku Śląskiego will be comprehensively supported by one SAP Business One system with Property Management feature added.
