SAP Poland and SUPREMIS, SAP Gold Partner, announced that they concluded a contract with Veron company for the supply of SAP Business One software licenses. Veron business profile includes real estate rental and management.

Apart from standard features of SAP Business One such as accounting, finance, customer relationship management, operational activity and distribution, e-commerce, management and reporting, the implementation will also include a sector dedicated solution, namely “Property & Facility Management for use with SAP Business One” solely designed by SUPREMIS experts. Thanks to the new solution, Veron’s employees will be able to use modules specifically adapted to their needs, e.g.:

• Recording rental contracts together with detailed rental provisions, e.g.: rented space, rental fee per 1 sqm of space, current consumption of utilities (data can be entered manually or imported from external readers), utility payments, the date of rental invoice issuance, rental contract duration, scanned copy of rental contract.
• Automatically generating rental invoices for all lessees, or for a group of lessees selected by an employer.
• Maintenance orders handling with reaction time recording, solution to the problem, materials used and workers labor cost.
• Debt recovery from lessees, including the differences in payment provisions negotiated by lessees.
• Revenue and expenses analysis, thanks to which Veron management will have easy access to reports describing sales and rental revenue against expenses on, for example, utilities. Reporting options are congruent with the users’ needs.

Owing to the experience of SUPREMIS consultants in the business sector of real estate management and the employment of a pre-configured solution, the planned implementation time equals only 1 month.
