Implementing all modules typical of the real estate management sector, data migration and Sybil employees training took SAP Gold Partner only 5 weeks.

SAP Poland and SUPREMIS, SAP Gold Partner, informed about finishing the implementation of SAP Business One system in Sybil Maximus company, the owner of Maximus Wholesale Center in Nadarzyn.

The whole implementation of SAP Business One was carried out within 5 weeks only. The project covered all business aspects typical of Property Management sector, such as premise registration, recording all rental contracts with all information necessary for invoicing, serial generation of rental and utility invoices, cost tracking and cost division according to its type, buildings and the level of budget performance. Within the project scope data migration (including data migration from the previous system) and user training were carried out.

A great advantage of SAP is the capability of simple preparation of multilingual and multicurrency financial reports for the owners of the Sybil Maximus Sp. z o.o. company.
