SAP Poland informed, that the implementation of mySAP HR workforce supporting solution in PSE-ELECTRA S.A. had finished. Less than 3 months passed since the beginning of works until starting productive system (generating first wage transfer).

The project covered wide range of features. The software supporting HR management resources was implemented in the following areas: human resources organizational structure and data administration, working time, pay list processing, post description and competence models, grading system, training management, recruitment and managerial self-service. mySAP HR implementation aims at facilitating and automation of work in the area of employee management.

The task was fulfilled by Implementation Team consisting of PSE-ELECTA S.A. employees and PSE Capital Group employees. In technical terms the project was carried out by SAP Poland consultants. The implementation at PSE-ELECTRA S.A. was based on standards worked out by SAP consultants for PSE S.A., so that it is possible to unify business processes regarding human resources management in the whole PSE Capital Group.
