30 years of experience in construction sector

Since 1979 Fazbud INSTAL Sp. z o.o. company has taken part in construction works of: Bełchatów and Turów power plants, brown coal mine in Bełchatów, department stores, trade and distribution centers of well-known companies: TESCO, Carrefour, IKEA and REAL hypermarket. As a general contractor or sub-contractor Fazbud INSTAL carries out projects regarding sanitary installations, ventilation equipment and steel constructions prefabrication both in Poland and abroad. The company’s offering includes construction equipment and transportation services.

One, two, three ... SAP Business One

The search for the project and enterprise management software took a long time. The company underwent two pre-implementation analyses, which did not bring an expected result. Only a thorough trade-consulting process under the supervision of a consulting company resulted in choosing Project Management system for SAP Business One. It can also improve the planning phase of buying materials for the investment and minimize the size of capital invested in warehouse inventory by optimizing its size. Additionally, the system can automate the process of calculating and controlling the limits of labor, materials and equipment, which will allow to limit direct and indirect expenses. Owing to full integration of previously mentioned processes with bookkeeping and management accounting, the system allows to control current budget of all investments in terms of borne costs and revenue achieved.

Norma Pro cost calculation software, well-known in the construction sector, is successfully utilized by Fazbud INSTAL. SUPREMIS is going to integrate Norma Pro application with ProjectManagement for SAP Business One system via spreadsheet software. Thanks to this, all areas of company activity can be handled by one system.
