The BISAN company was the first enterprise in Poland to work productively on SAP Business One version 2007A.

SAP Poland and SUPREMIS, first certified SAP Gold partner in Poland, informed today about the conclusion of SAP Business One system in BISAN company.

BISAN is a company with many years of experience on the construction and fitting materials market. The company is also a winner of the Golden Fitter award given to the best companies carrying out their business activity on the Polish market of the sanitary installations. Great competence of the company is confirmed by ISO 9001:2000 certificate granted in 2001.

The project consisted of the implementation of the latest version of SAP Business One system, i.e. version 2007A, with extensions dedicated to distribution companies (e.g. working with EDI – ECOD systems and fiscal printers). It is the first finished implementation of the system version 2007A in Poland. Only 3 months passed since the pre-implementation analysis of the system until the productive initiation in 5 locations of BISAN Sp. z o.o. About 7,000 documents are issued every month and each sales invoice consists of several items.

Bartosz Ignaczewski, BISAN company co-founder, emphasizes: "SAP Business One reduced the workload needed by sales process realization, facilitated the cooperation with sales chains thanks to the ECOD system interface and provided credible trade and financial information in an accessible way. It is worth to emphasize that SAP software is uniquely flexible. The system was partly configured by BISAN employees, who have been trained for this task".
