SAP Poland and SUPREMIS, the only certified SAP Gold partner in the Mazowieckie voivodeship, informed today about concluding the contract for license supply and the implementation of SAP Business One system in BISAN Sp. z o.o.

BISAN is a company with many years of experience in the construction materials and goods for sanitary fitters (a winner of the Golden Fitter award given to the best companies on the Polish market). Great competence of the company is confirmed by ISO 9001:2000 certificate granted in 2001.

The bought SAP Business One system is a solution dedicated to businesses with the turnover of at least PLN 10 million. The solution is simple and easy to implement, offers the possibility of matching the scope of implementation to the specific needs of a given company. The system’s key feature for the BISAN company was logistics management with a special focus on the capability of electronic documents exchange with the sales networks within permanent contracts for the delivery of materials (integration with ECOD software). The financial process management modules as well as controlling and customer relationship management (CRM) feature will also be installed.

Until now, PB Pabich’s business process management was based on solutions created by a few companies (Wa-Pro, MSM), which however were not able to handle more and more sophisticated actions of the dynamically developing company. Therefore, the company’s management decided look for a comprehensive, but easy to implement and economical, resource management system. The final choice was to be made between solutions of Epicor Scala, Exact, Comarch CDN XL, Teta Biznes, Impuls5, Navision, Simple and SAP.
