 Euro Power Centrum Sp. z o.o. - is the former administrator of Maximus Wholesale Trade Center – the biggest wholesale trade center in Poland. Maximus constitutes the first stage of the project carried out on the area of 24 ha. Within a year, four high-standard trade halls have been opened. The halls area equals nearly 100,000 sqm (25,000 sqm each). The halls accommodate over 700 manufacturers and importers from all over the world offering products of the consumer goods industry – predominantly clothes, footwear and accessories.

Sybil Group is a current administrator of Maximus trade center. The group carries out its activity in Central and Eastern Europe. Maximus trade center is 100,000 sqm large and was purchased by the Group in 2006. At the time of acquisition, 640 retailers and wholesalers conducted business activity in the trade center. Centrum Banku Śląskiego belonging to ING group was founded in 1998 when Centrum Banku Śląskiego Sp. z o.o. was formed to carry out investment under the name “Centrum Banku Śląskiego” located in Katowice at the junction of Sokolska and Chorzowska streets. As a result, today an office retail building complex consisting of two buildings, i.e. one known as "Centrala ING Banku Śląskiego" at  Sokolska 34 street and the office building "Chorzowska 50”. Centrum Banku Śląskiego, as a subsidiary of ING Bank, is responsible for administration of selected real estate of ING Group.
