Sybil Group is a current administrator of Maximus trade center. The group carries out its activity in Central and Eastern Europe. Maximus trade center is 100,000 sqm large and was purchased by the Group in 2006. At the time of acquisition, 640 retailers and wholesalers conducted business activity in the trade center. Today, the number of lessees exceeds 700. Maximus trade center covers the area of 88 ha and is only the first stage of the Sybil Group’s project.

In 2008, the construction of 4 more halls, which will double the commercial space of the center, was initiated . Further plans include extending the Center with a Factory Outlet, an all-night supermarket, motel, Fast Food restaurant and a gas station.
