Working remotely with Customer’s system we are able to fully or partially take over the responsibilities of the accounting department at the same time guaranteeing security, speed and access to current financial data. We also serve as technical assistance for the accounting department.

Owing to the utilization of modern technologies, we are able to work directly in Customer’s management system. We register expenditure documents, accounting entries or payments in the same database in which your employees register sales.

Model of work

  • Security. Customer grants us appropriate privileges to the system (e.g. access to all documents resulting in accounting entries but not necessarily to sales offers or a database of potential Customers). All operations are carried out by our employees directly on Customer server.
  • Flexibility. Depending on Customer needs we are able to register only expenditure documents and accounting entries, but also products/materials purchase invoices or even sales invoices.
  • Speed. Documents are registered on a weekly basis or even 2-3 times per week if needed.
  • Up-to-dateness. Current work allows us to present the most important indicators with a very short delay. Thanks to this Customers have more time to make the right decision.
