PRIVACY POLICY AND USE OF COOKIES ON SUPREMIS.PL WEBSITES

SUPREMIS Sp. z o.o. attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of users visiting websites in the supremis.pl domain. Data collected in logs is used only for the purpose of site administration. We do not seek to identify site users. No personally identifiable information is passed on to any third party for any purpose.

Personal data controller

The administrator of your personal data is SUPREMIS Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-871) at 46 Karczunkowska Street.

The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer: Marek Rębisz, who can be contacted on any matter concerning the processing of personal data. The Data Protection Inspector can be contacted at: iod@supremis.pl.

The recipients of your personal data may be external companies providing support to the controller on the basis of outsourced services, with which appropriate data processing entrustment agreements have been concluded, and authorised employees and associates of the controller.

Purpose of personal data processing

We inform you that the personal data you have provided will be processed by SUPREMIS Sp. z o.o. on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR) for the purpose of:

  1. direct communication and, in particular, for the purpose of answering a question you have asked – which is also a legitimate interest pursued by the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  2. to send electronically requested commercial information about the controller’s products or services in the form of a Newsletter on the basis of a separately expressed consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  3. to carry out the recruitment for the jobs offered by the administrator on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Please be informed that your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the aforementioned processing purposes.

For the purposes of direct communication, your personal data will be processed for no longer than is necessary to answer the question you have asked, after which time your personal data may be processed for the period of limitation of possible claims.

If you agree to receive the Newsletter – your personal data will be processed for the duration of your Newsletter subscription, i.e. until you withdraw your consent.

If you take part in the recruitment process – your personal data will be processed for the duration of the current recruitment process, at the end of which they will be irretrievably deleted, and in the case of additional consent – for the purposes of future recruitment processes for a period of 2 years – but no longer than until you withdraw your consent.

The right to access, correct and delete your personal data

We inform you that you have the right to access the content of your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectify your data in case they are incorrect or incomplete (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to request the erasure of your data under the terms of Art. 17 GDPR, the right to request the restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to object when the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (art. 21 GDPR), the right to data portability (in the cases indicated in art. 20 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that personal data concerning you is processed in violation of GDPR.

Please be informed that decisions concerning you will not be taken by automated means. Your data will not be profiled.

Data collection

As is standard practice for most websites, we store HTTP requests made to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our website. The resources viewed are identified by URLs. We also know:

  • the timing of the enquiry,
  • time of sending the reply,
  • the name of the client station – identification via the HTTP protocol,
  • information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
  • the URL of a page previously visited by the user (referer link)

This data is not associated with specific visitors. In order to ensure the highest possible quality of the website, we occasionally analyse log files to determine which pages are visited most frequently, which web browsers are used, whether the structure of the website contains errors, etc.

Use of data

The collected logs are stored indefinitely as support material for the administration of the website. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorised to administer the server and the network. Statistics may be generated from the log files to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of visitors to the website.

Cookies mechanism on SUPREMIS.PL website

The Cookies mechanism is not used to obtain any information about the users of the site or to track their navigation. Cookies used on SUPREMIS sites do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.

  1. The website only collects the information contained in cookies by automatic means.
  2. Cookies are text files which are stored on the website user’s terminal equipment. They are intended for the use of the pages of the website. First of all, they contain the name of the website of their origin, their unique number, the storage time on the end device.
  3. The operator of the website (here name and address, if applicable) is the entity that places cookies on the terminal equipment of its users and has access to them.
  4. The operator of the website uses files (cookies) for:

– to adapt the content of the website to the user’s individual preferences, primarily these files recognise the user’s device in order to display the website in accordance with the user’s preferences;
– to prepare statistics to learn about the user’s preferences and behaviour, the analysis of these statistics is anonymous and allows the content and appearance of the website to be adapted to prevailing trends, the statistics are also used to assess the popularity of the website;
– to enable the user to
log into the website;
– to maintain the user’s log-in on each subsequent page of the website.

  1. The website uses two main types of files (cookies) – session and permanent. Session files are temporary and are stored until you leave the website (by visiting another page, logging out or closing your browser). Permanent files are stored on the user’s terminal equipment until they are deleted by the user or for the time resulting from their settings.
  2. The user can change the settings of his/her browser at any time to block cookies or to be informed each time they are placed on his/her device. Other available options can be checked in the settings of your web browser. Please note that most browsers are set by default to accept the storage of cookies on your end device.
  3. The Operator of the Website informs you that changes to your browser settings may restrict access to certain functions of the Website.
  4. The files (cookies) used by the website (placed on the user’s terminal equipment) may be made available to its partners and cooperating advertisers.
